The property is beautifully designed with a terrace offering stunning views of the surrounding area, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or glass of wine. the accommodation boasts modern amenities including free WiFi and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable stay. the location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for hiking and cycling in the nearby area, such as the picturesque Slapton Sands just 9km away. the convenience of having two bathrooms with showers and free toiletries was a lovely touch, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. As a traveler who appreciates attention to detail, I was pleased to find towels, ironing facilities, heating, and tea/coffee amenities provided. the cozy sitting area and dining table were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the added bonus of a washing machine made it easy to freshen up our clothes before heading home. Overall, my experience at Number 40 was exceptional. the friendly host and well-equipped property made for a memorable stay.
